Audience segments
Create, manage and activate customer segments across your marketing platforms.
Segments are groups of customers defined by rules you set. You can base segments on LTV, purchase behaviour, churn risk, acquisition channel, or any combination.
Creating a segment
Go to Customers → Segments
Click 'New segment'.
Define your rules
Add conditions: LTV greater than £500, last purchase within 30 days, acquired via Google Ads, etc.
Preview the segment size
The segment builder shows a live count of matching customers as you add rules.
Save and activate
Save the segment. From here you can push it to Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo or other connected platforms.
Activating a segment
Go to Customers → Push to Platforms. Select a segment and a destination platform. Skubl will sync the customer list via the platform's API. For Meta and Google Ads, this creates a Custom Audience you can use directly in your ad account.
