Connect Google Search Console

Import organic keyword rankings, impressions, and click data from GSC.

Google Search Console (GSC) is the authoritative source for how your site appears in Google Search. Connecting it gives Skubl keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, and the specific pages driving organic traffic.

Steps to connect

1

Go to Data → Connect

Find Search Console in the connector list.

2

Click 'Connect'

You'll be redirected to Google's OAuth consent screen. Authorise webmasters.readonly access.

3

Select your property

GSC properties come in two types — Domain properties (sc-domain:example.com) and URL-prefix properties (https://example.com). Domain properties are preferred as they cover all subdomains and protocols.

4

Sync

Skubl pulls up to 90 days of data. Keywords appear in Performance → Keywords and in Page Intelligence.

GSC data has a 2–3 day delay. If you ran a sync today, data will be accurate up to 3 days ago.

What Skubl does with GSC data

  • Stores every keyword + URL combination (not just the top-ranking page per keyword)
  • Tracks position changes over time so you can see which keywords are rising or falling
  • Powers Page Intelligence — paste any URL to see all keywords ranking for that specific page
  • Feeds the Organic section of the Performance module
